Australian Delivery

Brown Jersey Bikes will pack and send your order on the first working day after receiving your cleared payment.  We use Australia Post where possible for smaller items and Couriers Please for delivery of larger items and bicycles.  Delivery time will vary depending on the destination, but normal circumstance should see your item delivered within 2-3 days to most locations in Australia (remote & West Coast locations may take slightly longer).

International Delivery

International delivery is available on all our items.  We are currently shipping to New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada and USA - delivery charges are configured in the shopping cart area of the website. 

As a guide, bicycles delivered internationally as at 31/3/2011 incur freight surcharges of: New Zealand AUD$75, United Kingdom AUD$200, Canada AUD$150, USA AUD$150.  These rates are subject to change.

We ship to other countries, but due to the small independent nature of Brown Jersey Bikes we will have to pass on all delivery costs to customers (sorry).  If your country is not listed please contact us via email for a freight quote before placing your order.  

Additionally, overseas consigments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country.  We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
