Returns:

If you receive an item that was damaged during delivery or an incorrect item was sent by us please contact Brown Jersey immediately.

You should then package the item with the Returns Number (you will be provided with this when you contact us about the problem) clearly marked on the outside of the package and return it to us.  When we receive your return we'll contact you to let you know how the problem will be solved.

Returns will only be accepted within 28 days of the original transaction date.

We will not accept returns for any reason other than those stated clearly above.

Warranty:

Brown Jersey Bikes warrants that the frame and fork of each new Brown Jersey bike will be free of material defect for a period of 3 years from the original transaction date.  Other components on each new Brown Jersey bike will warranted to be free of material defect for a period of 28 days from the original transaction date.  Brown Jersey Bikes will replace or repair (at our discretion) any part that is defective, without charge (conditions apply).

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, incorrect assembly, poor maintenance, or accidental damage.  The warranty is null and void where the bicycle is used in competitive events or for stunt exhibitions or commercial purposes.  Examples of these type of events include (but are not limited to) stunt riding, skateboard park riding, jumping, racing (of any kind), hiring, leasing.  The warranty is also null and void if the bicycle is used in training for any of these activities

Warranty does not cover consumable products.

Brown Jersey Bikes makes no other warranties or guarantees either express or implied.

Any other item sold by Brown Jersey Bikes (other than new Brown Jersey branded complete bicycles) is not covered by this warranty and no warranty or guarantee express or implied is offered on any other item.  New Old Stock ('NOS') Collectors bikes are not covered by this warranty.

The buyer is responsible for all packaging and delivery costs of returning any faulty item back to us. We shall be responsible for the packaging and delivery costs incurred when we send the replacement part back to the buyer.

Any implied warranty will be limited in duration to those outlined above.
